Created for the Soulscape Conference, an AI video event that took place in April 2026. The brief for the video hackathon asked "what kind of world do you want to build?" Rather than indulge our own AI bubble futurism, my co-creator Eileen Kaur Walden and I decided to broaden the question, and turn it into a conversation.

The conference was an opportunity to rub shoulders with people who "get what the tools can do. " But we know that in the world at large, good-faith conversation around AI can be challenging.

With an appreciation of the irony involved, we created Generate Conversation, complete with a vibe coded website, as a reminder to our fellow Soulscape Conference participants that nuanced conversation is needed now more than ever.
